2005 U.S. Open Championship
MASS Attack Routine

The 2005 MASS Attack routine was a combination of ideas, techniques & movements from all of my previous routines. After winning the 2004 US Open, the pressure to leave an impression was upon us again.

There are no written out techniques for this Bonus DVD. The techniques used are a combination of movements grafted from a variety of techniques from previous routines. The numerous timing strikes would be too complicated and/or confusing to read through.

The late Grand Master Ed Parker quite often described the art American Kenpo as “Sophisticated Simplicity” Executing simple movements, yet accomplishing more than what meets the untrained eye.

To make this sophisticated routine easier to perform we’ve broken it down into seven different phases. We recommend you learn each phase separately then begin to put it all together.

We were blessed to have brought home our second consecutive US Open title in 2005 and, in 2006, our Black belts captured both the men’s and women’s World titles in self-defense.

Our challenge to the first 25:

If you are interested in using this routine to compete with, we’ll sponsor the first 25 MASS Attack team’s entry fees and make an effort to be there to cheer you on.

Get your team together, kick butt and have fun! We wish you great success on your M.A.S.S. Attack journey!
